Meet Our Team

Kimberly Hughes, RN-BSN

Kimberly Hughes is our RN Injector and owner. She is an Arizona native (born and raised in Mesa) and has been in nursing for ten years. She became a Certified Nurse’s Assistant when she was 18y/o, a Licensed Practical Nurse at 20 y/o and a Registered Nurse at 23 y/o. Her RN program at Mesa Community College was focused more on the clinical aspect of nursing. She then earned her Bachelor’s of Nursing at Arizona State University, focusing on research, innovation, and leadership. Her years of customer service and excellence have shaped who she is.

At home, she is a single mom of two beautiful, active boys. She takes them to Little League in the afternoons, and they attend soccer on the weekends. She is very cautious and well-rounded in everything she does. She takes on every learning opportunity given to her. Over the years, she has been told she gives gentle injections and is a great listener.

Michelle Locke, FNP

Dr. Locke grew up in Arizona. She earned her BSN and DNP degrees at ASU and has been in healthcare since 2003. She has multiple certifications and enjoys continuing education courses every year. She has an extensive background in urology medicine. Complementing her medical knowledge is her journey with aging.

In her 50s, she wants to share what has been most helpful. She understands comprehensive care and knows a 15-minute consult is not sufficient. She loves spending time with her family, including two dogs and two cats. She enjoys exploring the state from the Grand Canyon to Nogales and road trips to the California coast.
